ASQ is in the midst of a transformation to build a vibrant and relevant Society. The society must reinvent itself and sharpen the focus on the needs of our members and customers. The world is hungry for a Culture of
Excellence. ASQ has developed a Roadmap for Growth to provide a path to success. Components for what ASQ will deliver as the Next Generation of Value to members and customers consists of; delivering the right content,
providing opportunities to build communities, and developing the capabilities for success all of which will provide individuals what they need to help create a Culture of Excellence within their organizations.
The strategy consists of three C’s which are key to delivering a Culture of Excellence. The C’s refer to a combination of Content, Communities, and Capabilities which help drive a Culture of Excellence. When we bring together content that highlights best practices and emerging topics, provides a vibrant global community platform, and develops a holistic set of tools and resources to drive capabilities, the possibilities are endless.
Bill Troy will describe the Roadmap for Growth, and how the three C’s are the keys to success. ASQ will advance the field of quality from its current role to providing the Next Generation of Value across all functions. This is no small aspiration, but it is the right thing to do to fulfill our mission and meet the needs of members and customers today, and tomorrow.
