In 2008, Pat Dolan was awarded the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt(CSSBB) . From 2009 – 2018, Pat Dolan was an adjunct and full-time instructor at Waukesha County Technical College in training Lean Six Sigma in manufacturing, Government, Health Care, and Education. Currently, Pat is Lead Facilitator and Founder of Lean Cultures, his own consulting firm, where he helps others transform into lean cultures where everyone is improving – all the time.
Patricia Morrill is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with certifications in both Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt, and accredited in Evidence-Based Design (EDAC). She is President of PM Healthcare Consulting, LLC, providing coaching, training and consulting services for clients in a variety of industries focused on organizational excellence and change leadership. Sharing real-life examples from her extensive experience gives course participants added depth of understanding core concepts. Patricia is a national speaker and author of a 10-step model for “Process Improvement Strategy Deployment” published in her 2017 book: The Perils of Un-Coordinated Healthcare: A Strategic Approach toward Eliminating Preventable Harm. Her research paper “Risk Assessment as Standard Work in Design” was published in Health Environment Research and Design (HERD) Journal, Fall 2013. She served as the 2017 Chair of ASQ’s Milwaukee Section and as Education Chair for the Lean Enterprise Division in 2016.
Judy Sullivan has over twenty five years of consulting experience in certifications. In the past thirteen years, her focus has been with food safety certifications. She has worked with clients on ISO-9001, ISO-13485, ISO-14000, AIB, SQF, BRC, FSSC-22000 and Integrated Management Systems with a 100% success rate. She enjoys helping manufacturers, at a personal level, to create food safety systems that work for their business and their employees. Judy runs her own independent consulting firm, JSQConsulting, which specializes in Management System Certifications. Judy received her MBA at the Keller School of Management and her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Math, and Secondary Education at the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse.
Rich is the President of BQS, LLC, an organization helping companies improve performance by use of key quality concepts; Six Sigma, Structured Problem Solving, Goal Deployment Process, Integrated (QMS / EHS / OH&S) Management Systems Implementation, Auditing, Visual Work Instructions, Control Plans, and Layered Process Audits. Rich was named as Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2016. Rich has worked in a variety of manufacturing settings (Military, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Electronics, Heavy Industrial, and Aerospace) for companies including; GE, Dresser, Inc., Rexnord Industries, and Eaton Corp. His job assignments included Operations Management, Director of Quality & Lean Manufacturing, and Director of Quality & Operational Excellence. Rich has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership & Quality from Marian University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Systems from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Sara is Director of Performance Excellence with ProHealth Care in Waukesha, WI. A degreed Industrial Engineer from the Milwaukee School of Engineering she received her MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Sara was an ASQ CSSBB and Lean Certified. Past professional memberships include the Institute of Industrial Engineers and the Society of Healthcare Systems. Sara has worked within several industries including plastics manufacturing, transportation, print marketing and health care. In addition to her current work with ProHealth Care, Sara is entering her seventh year as a lecturer at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Justin has over 15 years of experience in engineering, quality, process, and project management. He enjoys the value of a good spreadsheet and is generally an organized data packrat. Justin works at GE Healthcare in delivering high performance embedded compute, and has previously worked for Cooper Power Systems and the Department of Defense. His teaching career includes lectures and labs in digital electronics at local technical college where he earned top marks from student surveys. Justin is an ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt, licensed Professional Engineer, and certified Project Management Professional. Justin earned a BS Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MS Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Arnot Heron is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and member of the ASQ Milwaukee Section Leadership Team Member. He followed Six Sigma methodologies to bring projects for more than fifteen years in on time, within budget, with full functionality and zero defects covering dozens of projects for companies from ten countries including multi-million dollar projects in manufacturing, software development and healthcare. Arnot has provided “Best Practices” consulting for (1) government organizations of more than one dozen countries (including NASA & the FAA), (2) many multi-national corporations (including Boeing & FedEx) and (3) several nuclear power stations (including Boston Edison and Florida Power & Light), in order for the organizations to adopt worldwide best practices of similar organizations to increase quality, safety and profitability.
David Behling has over 20 years of quality experience working for numerous companies in diverse industries in the manufacturing and service sectors. Throughout his career, he has led organizations to build sustainable quality systems helping teams and individuals to solve problems more quickly and permanently by simplifying processes through defining & creating greater customer value. He has created training programs for and trained quality engineers, quality inspectors and quality technicians. David holds Masters degrees in Metallurgical Engineering and in Finance; and certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Lean Bronze Certified (LBC) and Certified Manager of Quality /Organizational Excellence (CMQ /OE). David currently resides in the Milwaukee, WI area.
Jodi McMahon has been teaching quality methods and tools since 1998. She is a certified QMS principal auditor through Exemplar Global. She has been trained to the Black Belt level for Lean Sigma. She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from MSOE. Jodi is currently working as the Director of Operations for Server Products. If you love hot fudge sundaes from Dairy Queen or Culvers, you have seen the food warmer and portion controlled pump that Server Products makes in Richfield, WI. Jodi’s favorite pastime is teaching problem solving and helping people learn how to prevent workplace problems. Yes, seriously!
Rick Goodson is Principal at Sweetgrass Consulting, LLC and an Adjunct Instructor with Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC) . He has over thirty years of manufacturing experience leading ISO 9001 Quality Management System implementations and Lean Manufacturing conversions, and currently teaches Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt courses at WCTC. Rick received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of West Florida and his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in Wisconsin. He is a senior member of American Society for Quality, a Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, an International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA) Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor, and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
