Direct and oversee the quality functions of the organization as it pertains to manufacturing and assembly operations within the facility. Sr. Quality Engineer will need to have a strong background in the Quality System Requirements for Medical Device manufacture and design. Technical background is important, and a Bachelor Degree is required, the technical engineering aspects of the position are as they apply to the QSR’s. Ensure compliance within the Quality System Elements as they apply to the QSR’s, while being a strong advocate for efficiency and adding value to the business. Reviews progress, evaluating and reporting results. Makes and/or plans changes in methods, design or equipment where necessary.

* Provides support, leadership and guidance on the Quality System, specifically as it pertains to the Quality System Regulations and per defined procedure
